Established in 1985, GS&A
started as a regional IT consulting practice supporting large corporate
clients on the east coast. By 1990, the practice grew national in scope
and developed significant expertise in helping large corporate clients
as well as smaller management and IT consulting practices reduce operating
costs, improve business and IT processes and increase organizational productivity.
In 2001, the decision was
made to bring GS&A back to its IT roots and offer Requirements Engineering
training, coaching and implementation services to large and midsized businesses.
The capabilities and experience gained over the years in reducing costs,
improving business processes and enhancing organizational productivity
would be offered in a separate practice (BottomLine
Improvements, Inc.) serving small and mid sized businesses throughout
New England.
